Interaction and cooperation of ICOM national committees to study the transnational phenomenon of the Paris School

Belarus is the homeland of the number of world-famous representatives of the Paris School. While the introduction of such names as M. Chagall, H. Soutine and others into official cultural use and their museification for Belarus is a matter of the recent times. The purpose of the meeting is to promote more systematic professional interaction within the ICOM committees of countries that have become the second homeland of the artists themselves, as well as a place for museum storage of their works.

Museum pedagogy and art therapy: growing demand and new challenges

The museum`s power is made up of the strengths and capabilities of the museum team. Practical strategies for social and emotional support of the museum community are necessary for the self-preservation of this community in the face of the constant impact of destabilizing factors. Skills and abilities in the field of museum pedagogy and art therapy can be used not only for the interaction with the museum audience, but also to support the people working in the museum.

The Francysk Skaryna Cultural Route: from dream to plan through museum cooperation

The status of an observer in the Expanded Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe does not allow Belarus to submit a new Cultural Route. However, the existing collaborations between museums and museum professionals from different countries are ahead of official initiatives. The meeting, proposed by museum professionals, involves a generalization of disparate efforts and a discussion of the prospects for the project, united by the personality of Francysk Skaryna (1470 or 1490 –1552).
