Museum Train to Brno
One of urban monument reservations, the second largest city in the country, Brno, should not be missed when you come to the Czech Republic. The cradle of the European museology, featuring names like Jan Jelinek or Z. Z. Stránský, used to be called Moravian Manchester which fame was built on a booming textile industry. However, Brno has much more to offer, whether it is charming architecture, such as villa Tugendhat (UNESCO), or fascinating combination of art and history which you can be admired in numerous museums and galleries.
Historical train (provided by the National Technical Museum) departs from Prague in the morning and will bring you to Brno shortly before noon. Then you will continue either on foot or by public transportation to discover Brno itself or we offer a unique opportunity to discover the area of South-Eastern Moravia, region bursting with living traditions (many of them listed as intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO), where you can travel by one of our buses.
