Immerse even deeper into beauty of some regions of the Czech Republic and get acquainted with local traditions, historical sites and local museums on our multi-day excursions. Some are prolonging your conference experience with a scientific programme prepared in cooperation with our partner institutions in abroad.

Departure date: 26 August 2022 (Friday)

Departure date for the excursion “The Wallachian Open-Air Museum in Rožnov and the protection of open air museum collections” is already on the 25 August 2022!

All multiday excursions have an additional fee which includes accommodation in the excursion destination with breakfast. This fee will be paid during the registration process. All accommodation includes breakfast. We strongly advise to pack and schedule your Prague stay accordingly.

Departure point for the excursion Multiday excursion 03: The Glassroom and beyond is the Prague Main Railway station. The tour leaves with the Museum Train to Brno at 7.12. Please arrive to the station at least 30 minutes prior to obtain your seat reservations from your guide. Our assistants will help you to locate the platform.

The excursions 04 There’s no time to feel blue and 02 Rožnov Open air museum leave from parking lot next to the Corinthia hotel, located just in front of the main entrance to the hotel. The hotel is located next to the Congress Centre Prague, on the opposite side of the Vyšehrad metro (subway) station. Before entering the bus, please check-in with your designated guide, who will be awaiting you at the parking lot.
