Strategic interdepartmental collaboration to build security resilience and empower staff

Recently many museums have sought to break down silos and encourage interdepartmental collaboration to improve the efficiency and resilience of their security operations. This session will explore the opportunities and risks associated with; the up-skilling and empowering of our ‘front of house’ staff. The session will promote the use of interdepartmental strategic plans to embed a culture of security that extends beyond the security team and involves the whole organisation.
